INTEGRICOOL is a complete solution for the protection and precise temperature control of temperature-sensitive equipment in process analysis and CEMS in hazardous areas, for example.
INTEGRICOOL refers to a complete system consisting of an insulated INTERTEC cabinet with an Ex p pressurization system, a heating and cooling system, and a high-precision temperature controller.
This solution has been entirely developed by INTERTEC to provide the ideal protection for analytical systems without having to integrate an external HVAC system. The assembly of the various elements takes place during the manufacture of the cabinet.

Operating principle
All components to be protected are installed in a GRP cabinet containing an Ex p purging and pressurization system, and thus comply with ATEX standards. The overpressure in the cabinet prevents potentially explosive gas mixtures from entering from the outside. Since the atmosphere in the Ex p cabinet is therefore not explosive, standard equipment can be used, which significantly reduces acquisition costs.
Analytical processes often require a constant temperature to ensure the accuracy of the acquired data. Therefore, the cabinet is equipped with the proven INTERTEC heaters as well as a direct evaporation cooling system.
This system is divided into two parts: The first part, consisting of a compressor, an evaporator and an electrical panel, is located inside the cabinet.
The condenser (heat exchanger + fan) is installed outside the cabinet to dissipate the heat to the ambient air/environment. Only these elements of the system must be ATEX certified.
Finally, the entire system is controlled by an INTERTEC TC temperature controller to give the system a high degree of precision in maintaining a constant temperature.
